So, about these pies.
Some say making dough is an art…we say, nah, it’s math. It’s all about determining the right ratio of just 4 ingredients, 00 flour, yeast, water, and salt.
Well, we did…and it’s delicious!
We then take our dough, top it with whole peeled tomatoes for our red pizza or a unique blend of cheeses for our white pizza, add our toppings and
fire it at 900° for 70 seconds.
The result is mouthwatering Neapolitan style pizza that you can’t wait to shove in your pie hole!
